There are several raw material sources for molded pulp packaging products:

1. Pulp Sheet
Pulp sheet is one source of raw materials for molded pulp products: different kinds of straw pulp sheets( such as reed pulp sheet, bagasse pulp sheet, rice straw pulp sheet) and bamboo pulp sheet are mainly used in producing varieties of sanitary, biodegradable molded pulp tableware, food packages and quality industrial packages, molded pulp wall flats.
All these pulp sheets can be purchased from the market.

2: Recycled newspaper paper and waste paper- box
Recycled newspaper paper and waste paper- box are primary sources for industrial packages, egg tray, and pulp- molded articles with less requirement.

3: Plant fibre
Palm fibre and other plant fibre without chemical.

The Comparison Between Molded Pulp Trays and Plastic Trays

Molded pulp trays are more advantageous compared  with traditional palstic trays:
